How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to HighLevel

HighLevel is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. LifterLMS manages a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to HighLevel.

What you will need

Connect HighLevel to AFI

1. Log in to your HighLevel account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → HighLevel.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to HighLevel.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select HighLevel as the destination

Choose HighLevel from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates or updates a contact in HighLevel.

4. Map fields

Match each HighLevel field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check HighLevel to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
