How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to Awesome Support

Awesome Support is a helpdesk platform. If you want LifterLMS data in Awesome Support, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Awesome Support to AFI

Awesome Support uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Awesome Support, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Awesome Support.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Awesome Support as the destination

Choose Awesome Support from the platform dropdown and pick Create Ticket. This creates a support ticket in Awesome Support.

4. Map fields

Match each Awesome Support field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Awesome Support to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
