How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to Apptivo

Connect Apptivo to AFI

1. Log in to your Apptivo account.
2. Go to Settings → API and generate an API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Apptivo.
4. Enter your domain and API Key, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Apptivo.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Apptivo as the destination

Choose Apptivo from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in Apptivo.

4. Map fields

Match each Apptivo field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Apptivo to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
