How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to Agilecrm

Agilecrm is a platform platform. If you want LifterLMS data in Agilecrm, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LifterLMS installed and at least one course.
• A Agilecrm account.

Connect Agilecrm to AFI

Agilecrm uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Agilecrm, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Agilecrm.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Agilecrm as the destination

Choose Agilecrm from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Agilecrm.

4. Map fields

Match each Agilecrm field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Agilecrm to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
