How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to Adobe Campaign

Adobe Campaign is a marketing automation platform. LifterLMS handles a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership on your WordPress site. Adobe Campaign is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

What you will need

Connect Adobe Campaign to AFI

Adobe Campaign uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Adobe Campaign, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Adobe Campaign.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Adobe Campaign as the destination

Choose Adobe Campaign from the platform dropdown and pick Create Profile. This creates a profile in Adobe Campaign.

4. Map fields

Match each Adobe Campaign field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Adobe Campaign to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
