How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Zoho Recruit

Zoho Recruit is a recruiting platform. Here is how to pipe LearnDash data straight into Zoho Recruit using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LearnDash installed and at least one course.

Connect Zoho Recruit to AFI

Zoho Recruit uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Recruit, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Zoho Recruit.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Zoho Recruit as the destination

Choose Zoho Recruit from the platform dropdown and pick Add Candidate. This adds a candidate in Zoho Recruit.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Recruit field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Zoho Recruit to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
