How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Wise Agent

Wise Agent is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. LearnDash manages a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Wise Agent.

Connect Wise Agent to AFI

Wise Agent uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Wise Agent, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Wise Agent.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Wise Agent as the destination

Choose Wise Agent from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Wise Agent.

4. Map fields

Match each Wise Agent field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Wise Agent to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
