How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Vtiger

Vtiger is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. LearnDash manages a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Vtiger.

Connect Vtiger to AFI

1. Get your Vtiger URL, username, and Access Key.
2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Vtiger.
3. Enter the URL, username, and Access Key.
4. Click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Vtiger.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Vtiger as the destination

Choose Vtiger from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Vtiger.

4. Map fields

Match each Vtiger field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Vtiger to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
