How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Snov.io

Connect Snov.io to AFI

1. Log in to your Snov.io account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your Client ID and Secret.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Snov.io.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Snov.io.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Snov.io as the destination

Choose Snov.io from the platform dropdown and pick Add Prospect. This adds a prospect to a Snov.io list.

4. Map fields

Match each Snov.io field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Snov.io to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
