Scoro is a business management platform. Getting LearnDash enrollment data into Scoro does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to business management. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with LearnDash installed and at least one course.
  • A Scoro account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Scoro to AFI

  1. Log in to your Scoro account.
  2. Copy your Subdomain, Company Account ID, and API Key.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Scoro.
  4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Scoro.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Scoro as the destination

Choose Scoro from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Scoro.

4. Map fields

Match each Scoro field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Scoro to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to Scoro with unlimited enrollments. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-enrollment fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which LearnDash events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson. This covers new enrollments, course completions, and student registrations.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the enrollment event completes. Your students are not affected.

Can I send enrollments to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every enrollment flows to all of them simultaneously.
