How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Rapidmail

Rapidmail is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. LearnDash handles a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson on your WordPress site. Rapidmail is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

Connect Rapidmail to AFI

1. Log in to your Rapidmail account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Rapidmail.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Rapidmail.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Rapidmail as the destination

Choose Rapidmail from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to a Rapidmail list.

4. Map fields

Match each Rapidmail field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Rapidmail to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
