How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to NeonCRM

NeonCRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want LearnDash data in NeonCRM, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Why not just use Zapier?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LearnDash installed and at least one course.
• A NeonCRM account.

Connect NeonCRM to AFI

NeonCRM uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → NeonCRM, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to NeonCRM.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select NeonCRM as the destination

Choose NeonCRM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Account. This creates an account in NeonCRM.

4. Map fields

Match each NeonCRM field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check NeonCRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
