How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Mindbody

Connect Mindbody to AFI

1. Log in to your Mindbody developer account.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Mindbody.

3. Select Mindbody as the destination

Choose Mindbody from the platform dropdown and pick Add Client. This creates a client in Mindbody.

4. Map fields

Match each Mindbody field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Mindbody to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
