How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Greenhouse

Greenhouse is a recruiting platform. Getting LearnDash enrollment data into Greenhouse does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

Connect Greenhouse to AFI

Greenhouse uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Greenhouse, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Greenhouse.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Greenhouse as the destination

Choose Greenhouse from the platform dropdown and pick Add Candidate. This adds a candidate in Greenhouse.

4. Map fields

Match each Greenhouse field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Greenhouse to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
