How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Adobe Connect

Connect Adobe Connect to AFI

Adobe Connect uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Adobe Connect, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Adobe Connect.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Adobe Connect as the destination

Choose Adobe Connect from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Meeting. This registers a contact for an Adobe Connect meeting.

4. Map fields

Match each Adobe Connect field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Adobe Connect to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
