How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Acelle Mail

Acelle Mail is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Getting LearnDash enrollment data into Acelle Mail does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

Connect Acelle Mail to AFI

1. Log in to your Acelle Mail dashboard.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Acelle Mail.
4. Enter your API URL and Token, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Acelle Mail.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Acelle Mail as the destination

Choose Acelle Mail from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to an Acelle Mail list.

4. Map fields

Match each Acelle Mail field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Acelle Mail to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
