How to Send Groundhogg Data to Nimble

Connect Nimble to AFI

1. Log in to your Nimble account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Nimble.
4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Groundhogg to Nimble.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Groundhogg as the form provider. AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, giving you access to contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values.

3. Select Nimble as the destination

Choose Nimble from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Nimble.

4. Map fields

Match each Nimble field on the left to the corresponding Groundhogg field on the right. Common mappings include contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Groundhogg. Check Nimble to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
