How to Send GiveWP Data to sevdesk

Connect sevdesk to AFI

sevdesk uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → sevdesk, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it GiveWP to sevdesk.

2. Pick your trigger

Select GiveWP as the form provider. AFI fires when a donation is made, giving you access to donor name, email, donation amount, form ID, and payment method.

3. Select sevdesk as the destination

Choose sevdesk from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in sevdesk.

4. Map fields

Match each sevdesk field on the left to the corresponding GiveWP field on the right. Common mappings include donor name, email, donation amount, form ID, and payment method. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in GiveWP. Check sevdesk to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
