How to Send GiveWP Data to Listmonk

Listmonk is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. If you want GiveWP donation synced to Listmonk, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Listmonk to AFI

Listmonk uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Listmonk, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it GiveWP to Listmonk.

2. Pick your trigger

Select GiveWP as the form provider. AFI fires when a donation is made, giving you access to donor name, email, donation amount, form ID, and payment method.

3. Select Listmonk as the destination

Choose Listmonk from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Listmonk.

4. Map fields

Match each Listmonk field on the left to the corresponding GiveWP field on the right. Common mappings include donor name, email, donation amount, form ID, and payment method. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in GiveWP. Check Listmonk to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
