How to Send GiveWP Data to Lexoffice

Lexoffice is an accounting platform for managing finances. GiveWP handles a donation is made on your WordPress site. Lexoffice is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

Connect Lexoffice to AFI

Lexoffice uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Lexoffice, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it GiveWP to Lexoffice.

2. Pick your trigger

Select GiveWP as the form provider. AFI fires when a donation is made, giving you access to donor name, email, donation amount, form ID, and payment method.

3. Select Lexoffice as the destination

Choose Lexoffice from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Lexoffice.

4. Map fields

Match each Lexoffice field on the left to the corresponding GiveWP field on the right. Common mappings include donor name, email, donation amount, form ID, and payment method. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in GiveWP. Check Lexoffice to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
