How to Send Funnel Builder Data to Snov.io
Snov.io is a email outreach platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Getting Funnel Builder submission into Snov.io does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to email outreach. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Funnel Builder installed and configured.
- A Snov.io account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Snov.io to AFI
- Log in to your Snov.io account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your Client ID and Secret.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Snov.io.
- Enter the credentials and click Save.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Funnel Builder to Snov.io.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Funnel Builder as the form provider. AFI fires when a visitor submits a form or completes a step in a funnel, giving you access to visitor name, email, phone, funnel step, and custom field values.
3. Select Snov.io as the destination
Choose Snov.io from the platform dropdown and pick Add Prospect. This adds a prospect to a Snov.io list.
4. Map fields
Match each Snov.io field on the left to the corresponding Funnel Builder field on the right. Common mappings include visitor name, email, phone, funnel step, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Funnel Builder. Check Snov.io to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email and name to Snov.io with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping and list assignment. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Funnel Builder events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a visitor submits a form or completes a step in a funnel. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
