Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Funnel Builder to EngageBay.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Funnel Builder as the form provider. AFI fires when a visitor submits a form or completes a step in a funnel, giving you access to visitor name, email, phone, funnel step, and custom field values.
3. Select EngageBay as the destination
Choose EngageBay from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in EngageBay.
4. Map fields
Match each EngageBay field on the left to the corresponding Funnel Builder field on the right. Common mappings include visitor name, email, phone, funnel step, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Funnel Builder. Check EngageBay to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to EngageBay with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions

Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
