How to Send Forminator Form Submissions to Ontraport

Connect Ontraport to AFI

1. Log in to your Ontraport account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your App ID and API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Ontraport.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Forminator to Ontraport.
