How to Send Forminator Form Submissions to BombBomb

BombBomb is a video email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every Forminator submission should flow into BombBomb without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Forminator installed and at least one form.
• A BombBomb account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect BombBomb to AFI

1. Log in to your BombBomb account.
2. Go to Profile → Integrations → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → BombBomb.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Forminator to BombBomb.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Forminator as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select BombBomb as the destination

Choose BombBomb from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to a BombBomb list.

4. Map fields

Match each BombBomb field on the left to the corresponding Forminator field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Forminator form and submit. Check BombBomb to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
