How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Workable

Workable is a recruiting platform. FormCraft is a versatile drag-and-drop form builder for WordPress. Workable is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting FormCraft to recruiting, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A Workable account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Workable to AFI

Workable uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Workable, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Workable.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Workable as the destination

Choose Workable from the platform dropdown and pick Add Candidate. This adds a candidate in Workable.

4. Map fields

Match each Workable field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Workable to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Do I need coding skills?
