How to Send FormCraft Submissions to SuperOffice

SuperOffice is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. FormCraft is a versatile drag-and-drop form builder for WordPress. SuperOffice is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting FormCraft to CRM, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A SuperOffice account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect SuperOffice to AFI

SuperOffice uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → SuperOffice, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to SuperOffice.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select SuperOffice as the destination

Choose SuperOffice from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates a person in SuperOffice.

4. Map fields

Match each SuperOffice field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check SuperOffice to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
