How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Sendlane

Sendlane is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every FormCraft submission should flow into Sendlane without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to Sendlane. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A Sendlane account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Sendlane to AFI

1. Log in to your Sendlane account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key and Hash.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Sendlane.
4. Enter the API Key, Hash, and subdomain, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Sendlane.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Sendlane as the destination

Choose Sendlane from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Sendlane.

4. Map fields

Match each Sendlane field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Sendlane to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
