How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Sales.Rocks

Connect Sales.Rocks to AFI

Sales.Rocks uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Sales.Rocks, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Sales.Rocks.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Sales.Rocks as the destination

Choose Sales.Rocks from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This adds a lead in Sales.Rocks.

4. Map fields

Match each Sales.Rocks field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

6. Save and test
