How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Salesflare

Salesflare is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every FormCraft submission should flow into Salesflare without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to Salesflare. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A Salesflare account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Salesflare to AFI

Salesflare uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Salesflare, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Salesflare.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Salesflare as the destination

Choose Salesflare from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in Salesflare.

4. Map fields

Match each Salesflare field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Salesflare to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
