How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Recruitee

Recruitee is a recruiting platform. Getting FormCraft data into Recruitee does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

The direct approach

AFI delivers form data straight from WordPress to Recruitee. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A Recruitee account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Recruitee to AFI

Recruitee uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Recruitee, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Recruitee.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Recruitee as the destination

Choose Recruitee from the platform dropdown and pick Add Candidate. This adds a candidate in Recruitee.

4. Map fields

Match each Recruitee field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Recruitee to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
