How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Microsoft To Do

Microsoft To Do is a task management platform. FormCraft is a versatile drag-and-drop form builder for WordPress. Microsoft To Do is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

What you will need

Connect Microsoft To Do to AFI

Microsoft To Do uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Microsoft To Do, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Microsoft To Do.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Microsoft To Do as the destination

Choose Microsoft To Do from the platform dropdown and pick Create Task. This creates a task in Microsoft To Do.

4. Map fields

Match each Microsoft To Do field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test
