How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Maileon

Maileon is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. If you want FormCraft submissions in Maileon, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

Connect Maileon to AFI

1. Log in to your Maileon account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Maileon.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Maileon.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Maileon as the destination

Choose Maileon from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Maileon.

4. Map fields

Match each Maileon field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test
