How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Jetpack CRM
Jetpack CRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every FormCraft submission should flow into Jetpack CRM without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.
The direct approach
AFI delivers form data straight from WordPress to Jetpack CRM. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
- A Jetpack CRM account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Jetpack CRM to AFI
- Jetpack CRM runs inside WordPress, so no external API key is needed.
- Make sure the Jetpack CRM plugin is installed and activated.
- In AFI, select Jetpack CRM as the action platform.
- Map your fields and save the integration.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Jetpack CRM.
2. Pick your trigger
Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.
3. Select Jetpack CRM as the destination
Choose Jetpack CRM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Jetpack CRM.
4. Map fields
Match each Jetpack CRM field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Jetpack CRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Jetpack CRM with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping and deal creation. No per-submission fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need coding skills?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the form submission completes. Your visitors see the normal success message without any delay.
Can I connect multiple FormCraft forms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each form, or send one form to multiple platforms.
