How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Iterable

Iterable is a marketing automation platform. Getting FormCraft data into Iterable does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A Iterable account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Iterable to AFI

1. Log in to your Iterable account.
2. Go to Settings → API Keys and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Iterable.
4. Enter the API Key and data center, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Iterable.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Iterable as the destination

Choose Iterable from the platform dropdown and pick Add User. This creates or updates a user in Iterable.

4. Map fields

Match each Iterable field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Iterable to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
