How to Send FormCraft Submissions to EverWebinar

EverWebinar is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Every FormCraft submission should flow into EverWebinar without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers form data straight from WordPress to EverWebinar. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A EverWebinar account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect EverWebinar to AFI

1. Log in to your EverWebinar account.
2. Copy your API Token from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → EverWebinar.
4. Paste the Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to EverWebinar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select EverWebinar as the destination

Choose EverWebinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for an EverWebinar session.

4. Map fields

Match each EverWebinar field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check EverWebinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
