How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Dynamics 365 Field Service

Dynamics 365 Field Service is a field service platform. FormCraft is a versatile drag-and-drop form builder for WordPress. Dynamics 365 Field Service is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A Dynamics 365 Field Service account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Dynamics 365 Field Service to AFI

Dynamics 365 Field Service uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Dynamics 365 Field Service, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Dynamics 365 Field Service.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Dynamics 365 Field Service as the destination

Choose Dynamics 365 Field Service from the platform dropdown and pick Create Work Order. This creates a work order in Dynamics 365 Field Service.

4. Map fields

Match each Dynamics 365 Field Service field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Dynamics 365 Field Service to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
