How to Send FormCraft Submissions to CompanyHub

CompanyHub is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. FormCraft makes it easy to build conversational forms, but sending data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to CompanyHub.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A CompanyHub account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect CompanyHub to AFI

1. Log in to your CompanyHub account.
2. Copy your Subdomain and API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → CompanyHub.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to CompanyHub.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select CompanyHub as the destination

Choose CompanyHub from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in CompanyHub.

4. Map fields

Match each CompanyHub field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check CompanyHub to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
