How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Capsule CRM

Capsule CRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want FormCraft submissions in Capsule CRM, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

Connect Capsule CRM to AFI

Capsule CRM uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Capsule CRM, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Capsule CRM.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Capsule CRM as the destination

Choose Capsule CRM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates a person in Capsule CRM.

4. Map fields

Match each Capsule CRM field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Capsule CRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
