How to Send FluentCRM Data to Wealthbox
Wealthbox is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe FluentCRM contact straight into Wealthbox using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.
The direct approach
AFI delivers contact data straight from WordPress to Wealthbox. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with FluentCRM installed and configured.
- A Wealthbox account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Wealthbox to AFI
- Log in to your Wealthbox account.
- Go to Settings → API Access and generate an API token.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Wealthbox.
- Paste the API token and click Save.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCRM to Wealthbox.
2. Pick your trigger
Select FluentCRM as the form provider. AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, giving you access to contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values.
3. Select Wealthbox as the destination
Choose Wealthbox from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Wealthbox.
4. Map fields
Match each Wealthbox field on the left to the corresponding FluentCRM field on the right. Common mappings include contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in FluentCRM. Check Wealthbox to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Wealthbox with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which FluentCRM events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
