How to Send FluentCRM Data to Sarbacane

Sarbacane is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. FluentCRM handles a contact submits a form or a tag is applied on your WordPress site. Sarbacane is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Connect Sarbacane to AFI

Sarbacane uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Sarbacane, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCRM to Sarbacane.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCRM as the form provider. AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, giving you access to contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values.

3. Select Sarbacane as the destination

Choose Sarbacane from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Sarbacane.

4. Map fields

Match each Sarbacane field on the left to the corresponding FluentCRM field on the right. Common mappings include contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in FluentCRM. Check Sarbacane to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
