How to Send FluentCRM Data to Notion

Connect Notion to AFI

1. Go to your Notion workspace and create an integration at notion.so/my-integrations.
2. Copy the Internal Integration Secret.
3. Share your target database with the integration.
4. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Notion and paste the token.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCRM to Notion.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCRM as the form provider. AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, giving you access to contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values.

3. Select Notion as the destination

Choose Notion from the platform dropdown and pick Add Database Item. This creates a new item in a Notion database.

4. Map fields

Match each Notion field on the left to the corresponding FluentCRM field on the right. Common mappings include contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in FluentCRM. Check Notion to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
