Mindbody is a business management platform. Getting FluentCRM contact into Mindbody does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

The direct approach

AFI delivers contact data straight from WordPress to Mindbody. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with FluentCRM installed and configured.
  • A Mindbody account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Mindbody to AFI

  1. Log in to your Mindbody developer account.
  2. Copy your API Key and Site ID.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Mindbody.
  4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCRM to Mindbody.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCRM as the form provider. AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, giving you access to contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values.

3. Select Mindbody as the destination

Choose Mindbody from the platform dropdown and pick Add Client. This creates a client in Mindbody.

4. Map fields

Match each Mindbody field on the left to the corresponding FluentCRM field on the right. Common mappings include contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in FluentCRM. Check Mindbody to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to Mindbody with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which FluentCRM events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
