How to Send FluentCRM Data to Mailcoach

Mailcoach is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every FluentCRM contact record should flow into Mailcoach automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

Connect Mailcoach to AFI

1. Log in to your Mailcoach account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Mailcoach.
4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCRM to Mailcoach.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCRM as the form provider. AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, giving you access to contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values.

3. Select Mailcoach as the destination

Choose Mailcoach from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to a Mailcoach list.

4. Map fields

Match each Mailcoach field on the left to the corresponding FluentCRM field on the right. Common mappings include contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in FluentCRM. Check Mailcoach to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
