How to Send FluentCRM Data to Employment Hero

Employment Hero is a HR platform. FluentCRM manages a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Employment Hero.

Connect Employment Hero to AFI

Employment Hero uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Employment Hero, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCRM to Employment Hero.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCRM as the form provider. AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, giving you access to contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values.

3. Select Employment Hero as the destination

Choose Employment Hero from the platform dropdown and pick Add Employee. This creates an employee in Employment Hero.

4. Map fields

Match each Employment Hero field on the left to the corresponding FluentCRM field on the right. Common mappings include contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in FluentCRM. Check Employment Hero to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
