How to Send FluentCRM Data to e-conomic
e-conomic is an accounting platform for managing finances. FluentCRM manages a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to e-conomic.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting FluentCRM to accounting, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with FluentCRM installed and configured.
- A e-conomic account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect e-conomic to AFI
e-conomic uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → e-conomic, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCRM to e-conomic.
2. Pick your trigger
Select FluentCRM as the form provider. AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, giving you access to contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values.
3. Select e-conomic as the destination
Choose e-conomic from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in e-conomic.
4. Map fields
Match each e-conomic field on the left to the corresponding FluentCRM field on the right. Common mappings include contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in FluentCRM. Check e-conomic to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name and email to e-conomic with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which FluentCRM events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
