How to Send FluentCRM Data to Dynamics 365 Field Service
Dynamics 365 Field Service is a field service platform. Getting FluentCRM contact into Dynamics 365 Field Service does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
The direct approach
AFI delivers contact data straight from WordPress to Dynamics 365 Field Service. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with FluentCRM installed and configured.
- A Dynamics 365 Field Service account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Dynamics 365 Field Service to AFI
Dynamics 365 Field Service uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Dynamics 365 Field Service, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCRM to Dynamics 365 Field Service.
2. Pick your trigger
Select FluentCRM as the form provider. AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, giving you access to contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values.
3. Select Dynamics 365 Field Service as the destination
Choose Dynamics 365 Field Service from the platform dropdown and pick Create Work Order. This creates a work order in Dynamics 365 Field Service.
4. Map fields
Match each Dynamics 365 Field Service field on the left to the corresponding FluentCRM field on the right. Common mappings include contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in FluentCRM. Check Dynamics 365 Field Service to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Dynamics 365 Field Service with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which FluentCRM events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
