How to Send FluentCart Orders to SuiteDash
SuiteDash is a business management platform. FluentCart processes an order is placed beautifully, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to SuiteDash.

Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-order fees, no external dependencies.

Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to SuiteDash.

Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select SuiteDash as the destination

4. Map fields
Match each SuiteDash field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check SuiteDash to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
