How to Send FluentCart Orders to Mailcoach

Mailcoach is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every FluentCart order should flow into Mailcoach automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FluentCart installed and configured.
• A Mailcoach account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Mailcoach to AFI

1. Log in to your Mailcoach account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Mailcoach.
4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to Mailcoach.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Mailcoach as the destination

Choose Mailcoach from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to a Mailcoach list.

4. Map fields

Match each Mailcoach field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check Mailcoach to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
