LocaliQ is a lead management platform. FluentCart processes an order is placed beautifully, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to LocaliQ.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting lead management, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with FluentCart installed and configured.
  • A LocaliQ account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect LocaliQ to AFI

  1. Ask your LocaliQ account team for a Lead Intake URL and Bearer token.
  2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → LocaliQ.
  3. Paste the Lead Intake URL and Bearer token.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to LocaliQ.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select LocaliQ as the destination

Choose LocaliQ from the platform dropdown and pick Submit Lead. This submits a lead to your LocaliQ intake URL.

4. Map fields

Match each LocaliQ field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check LocaliQ to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email, phone, first name, and last name to LocaliQ with unlimited orders. Pro adds campaign ID and message field. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which FluentCart events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an order is placed. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
