How to Send FluentCart Orders to GoToWebinar
GoToWebinar is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. FluentCart handles an order is placed on your WordPress site. GoToWebinar is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

Connect GoToWebinar to AFI
GoToWebinar uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → GoToWebinar, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCart to GoToWebinar.
2. Pick your trigger
Select FluentCart as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is placed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select GoToWebinar as the destination
Choose GoToWebinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a GoToWebinar session.
4. Map fields
Match each GoToWebinar field on the left to the corresponding FluentCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your FluentCart store. Check GoToWebinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
